Shipping Policy (United States)

We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review the information below about processing times, delivery options, and tracking.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship from the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
  • Free or discounted shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping (Continental U.S.): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: 5–15 business days after dispatch depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance or peak periods.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
  • We cannot control or predict these fees and they are not included in our shipping charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check delivery progress on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at clothingfreerange@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, but we’ll do our best to assist in locating the parcel.

Split Shipments

Large orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment if this applies.
